Cancellation Policy

At Ziora.pk, we value our customers and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. To ensure clarity, please review our cancellation terms carefully:

1. Same-Day Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled within the same day of placement.
  • Requests made after this period will not be processed.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

  • Customers must contact our Customer Support Team (via WhatsApp, call, or email) with their Order ID to request cancellation.
  • Cancellations are valid only after receiving a confirmation message from our team.

3. Cancellation Fee

  • A flat cancellation fee of PKR 300 applies to all cancelled orders.
  • This fee will be deducted from the refund amount (if already paid).

4. Courier & Shipping Charges

  • If the order has been dispatched before cancellation, the customer will be responsible for the courier/shipping charges.

5. Change of Mind

  • Orders cannot be cancelled due to a change of mind (color preference, style preference, or personal choice).

6. Out-of-Stock Items

  • If a product is found to be out of stock after an order is placed, Ziora.pk will cancel the order and notify the customer.
  • In such cases, no cancellation fee will apply.

7. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days through the same payment method used for purchase.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers will need to provide valid bank account details for refunds.

8. Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Customized or specially ordered jewelry pieces are not eligible for cancellation.
  • Any order already marked as "Out for Delivery" cannot be cancelled.
