Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items

We only accept returns or exchanges if:

  • You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  • Provide clear photos or video evidence of the issue.
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit as applicable.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued:

  • If the item is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
  • If your return (for damaged/incorrect item) is approved and no replacement is available.

Refunds are processed within three days via the original payment method, online payment, or as store credit, depending on the situation.
